Scope
These terms cover the Random Deck Studio publishing tool (the "tool"), a private program that the owner of the Random Deck Studio YouTube channel uses to publish videos to that channel. The tool is not offered to other users.
YouTube
The tool uses the YouTube API Services. Using it means agreeing to the YouTube Terms of Service and to the Google Privacy Policy. Everything the tool publishes must follow YouTube's Community Guidelines.
Use
The tool may only be used on a channel its user owns or manages, and only to publish that channel's own content. Access can be revoked at any time from Google security settings.
Content
Random Deck Studio is unofficial Fan Content permitted under the Wizards of the Coast Fan Content Policy. It is not approved or endorsed by Wizards of the Coast, Google or YouTube. Card names and images belong to their owners.
No warranty
The tool is provided as is, without warranty of any kind.

Alcance
Estas condiciones cubren la herramienta de publicación de Random Deck Studio (la «herramienta»), un programa privado con el que el titular del canal de YouTube Random Deck Studio publica vídeos en ese canal. La herramienta no se ofrece a otros usuarios.
YouTube
La herramienta usa los servicios de la API de YouTube. Usarla supone aceptar las Condiciones del servicio de YouTube y la Política de privacidad de Google. Todo lo que publica debe cumplir las Normas de la comunidad de YouTube.
Uso
Solo se puede usar en un canal propio o que se gestione, y solo para publicar el contenido de ese canal. El acceso se puede retirar en cualquier momento desde la configuración de seguridad de Google.
Contenido
Random Deck Studio es contenido de fans no oficial permitido por la Fan Content Policy de Wizards of the Coast. No está aprobado ni respaldado por Wizards of the Coast, Google ni YouTube. Los nombres e imágenes de las cartas pertenecen a sus propietarios.
